Health and Wellness
1. Pre-existing Medical Conditions
a./ Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking or before the treatment begins. This includes but is not limited to:
– Cardiovascular issues
– Skin conditions or infections
– Pregnancy
– Recent surgeries
– Other chronic illnesses or ailments
b./ For your safety, some treatments may be unsuitable if you have certain medical conditions. Our team will recommend alternatives if necessary.
c./ Certain treatments may be refused during pregnancy. Please inform us if you are pregnant so we can tailor your experience accordingly.
2. Medication and Allergies
a./ Please notify us of any medications you are taking or any allergies to products or ingredients that could affect your treatment.
3. Infectious Conditions
a./ For the safety of all our guests and staff, we are unable to provide treatments if you have any infectious conditions, including but not limited to open wounds, contagious skin infections, or cold sores.

Age Policy
1. Minimum Age Requirement
a./ Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must provide written consent for treatments. Some treatments may not be available to minors. The spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to underage guests.
Hygiene and Safety
1. Guest Responsibility
a./ We kindly request that guests maintain personal hygiene before their appointments.
b./ Please arrive free of heavy makeup or lotions in areas that will be treated.
2. Spa’s Responsibility
a./ Our team follows the highest hygiene standards and uses only sterilized equipment and quality products for all treatments.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
1. Health-Related Cancellations
a./ If you are unwell or have developed a medical condition that affects your ability to receive treatment, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
2. Last-Minute Cancellations
a./ Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Treatments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full amount.
b./Appointments are only secured if payment has been received.
Liability
1. Guest Acknowledgment
a./ By proceeding with treatments, guests acknowledge that they have disclosed all relevant medical and personal information and agree to proceed at their own risk.
b./ The spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or use of non-recommended products post-treatment.
2. Follow-up Care
a./ Guests are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided by the therapist to maximize the benefits of the treatment and minimize the risk of complications.
